2. Client Data and SMS Consent

• You have received prior express consent to contact customers via SMS/email
• You have communicated opt-out instructions and the communication scope
• You will comply with all applicable privacy and communication laws

You are responsible for lawful opt-in collection. Field Gauge stores timestamped logs for compliance when possible. We are not liable for messaging without proper consent.

3. Prohibited Use

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Use the Service to harass or abuse others
• Upload or distribute illegal content

4. SMS Terms

• Appointment, estimate, and invoice notifications
